This thing is all messed up. I was 234 lbs three weeks ago, this Sunday I was 237 lbs, and today I am 235 lbs, so I LOST 2 lbs since I started the diet, but its not going to show up in the computer and that makes me mad. sigh
235.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

2119 kcal Fat: 96.21g | Prot: 134.96g | Carb: 194.22g.   Breakfast: milk, frosted mini wheats. Lunch: Jalepeno Jack Cheese, jello pudding sugar free, roasted turkey deli, ritz crackers. Dinner: equal, tea, Steamed Seaonal Veggies, Loaded Mashed Potatoes, Classic Sirloin, Monterey Chicken (Combo). Snacks/Other: Mini Delights Chocolatey Mint. more...
