I'm bummed out today. I ate one egg white in the morning yesterday and one egg white in the evening with my pills. in the afternoon I had 4 tablespoons of hummus and a fourth of a ounce of pork rinds for lunch. I gained a pound. what say you?
213.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe to few calories? Sodium? Try eating a little more today and get your fluids to see if that helps

Thank you tatauu, I decided to try that this morning. I'm going to eat more calories today and try drinking more fluid. Thanks for the input.
