yay! I fasted yesterday two meals and only ate once late in the afternoon with 400 and some calories. I dropped a pound and a half. Yay! I'm going to try and do that frequently. I think that'll work for me. intermittent fasting. it's been 17 hours since I've eaten. I won't be eating again still for at least another hour. I might even fast until this afternoon before I eat. That might work real well. I don't even feel hungry. woot woot
212.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you girls I'm really excited! We just made some blueberry keto scones. We grated lemon zest into the batter and squeezed the juice of half a lemon into the batter and a half a cup of blueberries and those scones were to die for. And, we made a pound of chicken liver with a lot of onions fried in bacon grease and sprinkled with steak seasoning. They are delicious too. I wish I had taken a picture, but I forgot.

skinnyminilinny Okay girlfriends. Here is the secret scone recipe. Now if you tell anybody I'm going to have to kill you. LOL Keto Blueberry Lemon Scones Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour, 2 Tbs of coconut flour, 2 eggs beaten, 3 teaspoons sugar substitute, 1½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract, 1½ teaspoons baking powder, Pinch of salt, ½ cup blueberries, 2 Tbs grated zest of lemon & squeeze juice of 1 lemon into batter. Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 3. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, Sweetner and baking powder. Stir well. In seperate bowl beat eggs, vanilla & zest of lemon juice. Mix all ingredients well & stir. 4. Add blueberries to the bowl and gently fold in. 5. (optional) Add a few drops of Special Oil (mct) to help burn stubborn fat. 6. After the blueberries are incorporated, spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of the batter, per scone, onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. 7. Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven. Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool for 10 min. This does not let you go back and edit. There are a couple of typos so when it says to incorporate the lemon zest, add the lemon juice as well. And it also has the nutritional facts at the bottom twice. If there's anything in the recipe that you don't understand just send me a message.
