213.8 lbs this morning. I was hoping for a bigger loss but I'm really ok with it, that's a reasonable pace to be losing. I need to start lifting to try and keep muscle mass so that's the goal for this week.
213.8 lb Lost so far: 40.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That’s awesome!! Think of it this way, that’s almost 3lbs in 3 days!!!! You lost almost a pound a day! Congratulations!!!

Is that for a week? Not bad. I have a goal of 1.5 pounds a week although I secretly hope for 2+. If you have a higher weekly goal than 2 pounds, you may find you'll lose extra next week.

Thanks everyone. Fritzy22, the loss was for a week. I went over a bit on carbs yesterday but making up for it today, just need to keep sticking to plan and I shouldn't have a problem with 2-3 lbs loss a week at this point.
