We just need to build your discipline up to the level of your overeating performances and you'll weigh less than me by next month lol!

I didn't eat THAT freakin much. The scale owes me about 6.5 pounds and I'm collecting... one day. I just don't know when. LOL. I know my exercise calories aren't exact so I underestimate but everything weighable is weighed and counted and overestimated if I am unsure so... we'll see if anything is lost this month by 10/1. I'm still going to keep my Nov 1 goal the same. Haven't been making great choices though. Eating the "sometimes foods" a lot and the better choices only a little.

Honestly DP, I know seeing that sucks, but it is such a comfort to me to know that someone else can gain that much over night! No one believes me when it happens, like I must be in the kitchen stuffing my face all night or whatever...🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ Anyway, your not alone!

Thanks roboto. I need to log it every day but I hate putting it out there for everyone to see. And this little voice saying- if this is happening now- how are you ever going to get through October, November, and December? But I went from going to the gym every single day to missing about 10 days this month which is the most I've missed since February and little stuff like that is all adding up I think. And the four Keebler Chocolate Chip deluxe cookies I just ate ain't helpin' any. LMAO

Hey girlfriend, DP. I don't know on the scale this afternoon after fasting and losing one and a half pounds the other day and I was up two lb. And I think every time that happens I asked myself, was it the tortilla rap that I ate? Was it that I eat too many carbs? Maybe too many calories? Am I holding water from the salt? Honey we all go through it. And we beat ourselves up wondering what did we do? We didn't do anything. Our bodies just change several times throughout the day and night. We just have to go with the flow and not beat ourselves up. You are a great inspiration to all of us and the best encourager. We just can't always ask what's the problem. You are doing great and focus on things above and not on things of the Earth. You got this. And you know what? We are all Christians and we love the Lord and we're doing our Bible studies and our devotions and reading and sharing so God is pleased with us

Thanks skinny minny... I still think there's a chance I'll hit my goal.but yes... I can never predict the scale. I'm always shocked whether it's from a huge unexpected loss or huge unexpected gain. Slowly but surely though, I'm going to keep pushing through. 💪🏼❤️
