Yesterday was a blip. I am right back where I was two days ago; not unexpected. Other than that, life is quite busy. I seem to spend almost all my time at work or running around playing taxi cab! I wouldn't have it any other way. My kids are a blessing that I only get to enjoy for a short period of time, so I want to enjoy it as much and as often as I can!
216.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
