So I had a huge long post typed out and as usual when I clicked submit it blanked everything out and didn't record any of it.
Heres the quick verson:
* No grains yesterday except some rice last night with dinner. * Drank water all day at work and made sure I had a sugar-free bev with dinner * Need to start walking * Didn't make lunch last night but grabbed some quick items on my way out the door. * My focus is trying to get my carbs from vegetables for the next two weeks instead of from grains. Part of Jorge's Fast Track. We will see if the results are any different from the BFC.
