I'm only down about a pound today. Still up 3 or 4. Gonna OD on coffee and see if that helps shed it. It was almost cold yesterday, which helped and today is looking like it's going to be a repeat. Hope so. I could easily lose another pound or 2 of water by morning if this keeps up.
