Came back from Hamilton Island on Wed & shit myself when I got on the scales. I gained 2.5kg in 4 days!

Straight back into strict diet & today’s 3rd & final body scan @F45 showed I was back on track.

Also told I have to up my protein because I’m not gaining muscle mass as much as I should be.
177.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
