from 13.9 stone to 13.5 in just the first week! I've cut out all chocolate, no sugar in coffee, and eating 'healthier' in general (lots of salad, actually eating fruit, and having a baked sweet potato instead of chips ect) First yoga class last Thursday was excellent, looking forward to the next class this Thursday!
