1780 kcal Fat: 48.63g | Prot: 135.14g | Carb: 190.48g.   Breakfast: Organic Plain Soymilk, Vanilla Whey Protein Powder, Water, Egg Starts, Canadian Bacon, Wild Alaskan smoked sockeye salmon. Lunch: Wheat Bread, Deli Select Club Sandwich - Oven Roasted Turkey Breast. Dinner: roe, gyoza, squid sushi, spicy tuna, shrimp sushi, Miso Soup. Snacks/Other: Rice Crackers with Nuts. more...

Feel like I'm really getting good with counting calories but I've kinda lost the will to workout everyday. WELL HERE'S TO A NEW WEEK!
