Calorie counting questions
This is going to sound ridiculous but can anyone clarify the entire counting calories business? I used to count points on weight watchers but moved onto calorie counting...I know how to add calories for eating but the question I have is for working out...how does that work for the daily intake. Is it like weight watchers where I just subtract how many calories I burned from my food calories? Thanks so much for your help!
