I went to a pool party yesterday and did pretty good with the ears.
I had (2) 4" spare ribs & about 5 Tbs of PUB cheese.
down 1 lb from yesterday morning
224.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 47.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
