OK that is what I get for increasing my calories and not working out for 30 minutes. I am busy and on the move constantly but it doesn't seem to be the same as the workout routine I am trying to establish. It is had to find a workout that does some good but isn't too strenuous. At 74 some of the joints don't move as well as I would like but at working on that. Grow Young Fitness seem to fit the bill and I now have many of the videos downloaded and cast from my computer to the TV in the bat cave so much easier. No excuse. DO THEM EVERYDAY.
115.6 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
