Magick Mitch's Journal, 04 September 2019

So as late as August 24th I weighed 322 pounds. I got back from vacation on that day and stepped on the scale. oof. So yeah I made a change as of that day. I'm limiting added salt and refined sugar. Also making veggie only meals now that I'm quite enjoying. Corn on the cob(2) with a salt substitute and some I can't believe it's not butter and 1/2 dinner plate of ceasar salad has become a favourite quickly. I know it's still not an awesome way of eating but it's a start.

I must keep it up. I really have no choice.
305.9 lb Lost so far: 29.1 lb.    Still to go: 105.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
