Okay with no change since my eat/drink was bad on the long weekend. Different options while away. One good thing was a Goodlife close, so went Saturday & Sunday.
165.8 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
