Had 3 crunchy tacos for supper, not from Taco Bell but similar. I'm surprised the total was less than 600 calories and it was very filling. Met my sis and nieces at the movies (Ready or Not). It was gruesome but kinda funny. Remembered to take a protein bar so I skipped the popcorn. Saved a lot of calories and money.
198.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 48.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
