Oh well so much for the weight loss. Gained it all back yesterday and ate less than the day before when I lost weight. Wonder if all the carbs rather than eating a balanced meal yesterday had anything to do with it. LOL
117.4 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
