Yesterday period started. Over ate steak and threw it up. Slowed weight loss due to period/food. Wilk increase exercise to 1000 cals today.
221.8 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 76.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
