Just finished getting dinner ready to take to work. Gave up the BLT so I could have a piece of Braided pineapple bread that I made the other day when I get home from work and so I can have an individual homemade Italian bread to soak up the excess sauce from the gnocchi and turkey in marinara sauce dinner. Touch to have to set priorities on food.

Love all homemade food. Nothing unnecessary added. Total 478 calories. It is even good at room temperature which is what I get for anything I take to work for dinner. By the time I get done work for the winter I won't know how to eat a hot meal.
117.4 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
