Wow what a difference just a week makes of upping my protein, and exercise. Now that ive done that im feeling energized all day, instead of the crashing after work, and strugling to make it through my workouts. Its amazing what a little extra protein will do for you. Feel like im back on track. What an awsome feeling
164.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Same here! I noticed my coworkers yawning a lot ( I have school days / work out day time ) and work in the evenings. And I felt fine and not starving! Keep up the good work!
