Morning all, just starting my program today, feel pretty good about it all. Did shed 3#s or may hv weighed last time all clothes on. Will weight same way from now on.. Gonna get into the exercise in about 1/2 hr...wanted to get on and log my breakfast in.. off work today so will have to get a routine time in to do exercises at a certain time, not sure if am or pm better for me... Have a Great Day ALL....
