There that is better. It is good that I can now lose almost as fast as I gain it. Will stay in control the rest of the week and no deciding to eat what ever I want. Not ready for that yet.
120.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
