OK no more eating what I want. Back to being reasonable. Will probably take at least 4 days to take off what I put on in 2. Not upset however since I expected the weight gain. Just testing to see how maintenance is going to work. Not happy with that thought however. Wish I knew what changed to make me gain the weight in the first place.

I’m finding that, with maintenance, I do much better with a food diary (here or offline). That’s not to discourage you from other approaches, we’re all different.

I keep a very accurate journal here everyday. I know exactly when I am going to be up in weight by what I enter into the diary every morning. I am now at the low end of my BMI so not worried when I put on a pound or 2 in a couple of days as I can take it off in the same amount of time. I just have a lot of areas to tighten up now and no matter how much I lose that isn't going to happen. I need exercise for those areas which I hope to start soon.
