Not a bit upset at the weight gain. I ate what I wanted yesterday and knew I would gain a couple of pounds but they will come off in a couple of days. It felt good not to weigh and measure for a change and have seconds on the ice cream.
119.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
