Took mom to the cemetery yesterday. Then had bento box lunch with mom, sis and niece so my calorie count was high. Going to the gym this morning. It has been stiflingly hot and humid these last few days.
203.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 53.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
