Wow, that is the most I have ever lost in one day. I can't believe only 7 pounds to go to reach 110. 58 pounds less than I weighed 12 years ago. It took me 43 years to gain that 58 pounds so guess I can wait another week or so to lose the rest of it. Now to get at the exercising to tighten everything up. Don't expect my girlish figure back but can sure use some improvement. Grow Young Fitness here I come.
117.2 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
