153.6 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well good for you for posting your gain. Holding ourselves accountable is so important. Now get back on your plan, get some exercise and start taking it off again. It's a new year and a new you. You can do it!
