I went a little over 1500 calories today and I have chocolate zuchini bread in the oven.. decided to make it in a whim cause I had a surplus of zuchini. Please someone talk me out of eating a slice today...?!! I’ll have it tomorrow for breakfast but I need to just be done for the day.. I already had a square guirraldi chocolate and that should be enough For my sweet tooth for today. Having trouble staying away from chocolate... it calls my name, I can almost hear it now lol. Seriously someone talk me down and out of it.
152.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, I could talk you down or advise you to eat a slice and hit the rack. Count it, enjoy it, and move on. A slice isn't the worst thing, especially if it smells as good as I think.

Also, congrats on the 9+ pound drop recently. Me personally, if I eat too little I just feel deprived. So, small allotment and adjustments, and some days lifting and moving more, allow for a slice or more :) Enjoy.

Base everything on your daily average. Just have a lower cal day tomorrow. Nice drop!

Just kidding. What Court said. And not for nothing but I usually see a drop when I go over my Rdi. I think it excites my body and revs up my metabolism while I sleep.

Don’t feel bad. I crave chocolate myself. My grandchildren wanted brownies today. Of course, I had to eat one...lol.

Thanks for telling it like it is, I tend to ramble on in my diary entires as if I jotting down my thoughts. Probably does sound a bit annoying if read aloud lol. But yeah your right, head didn’t fall off.

Definitely chocolate at the bewitching hour of bedtime. I do better if it’s not in the house but hard to do so.. I tried switching to chocolate covered espresso beans. I eat one of those and call it good but I bought some chocolate for the movies and still have some.
