Work was crazy last night and didn't get to eat dinner. Came home after 11 and ate 2 peach muffins, 1 serving of strawberry frozen yogurt and almost a cup of utz poker mix. Would have been fine if I hadn't eaten the poker mix. Need to get back on track today.
120.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
