I not only made my goal of 120 but exceeded it. Now on to 110 but will start maintenance at the same time. Am celebrating tonight with a bone in pork chop over charcoal, twice baked potato, cauliflower with cheese sauce and vanilla pannacotta with strawberry sauce. 18 pounds took 3 months but hoping last 10 will go a little faster now I have the hang of what to eat.
118.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
