I can't believe it .2 of a pound to go. Time to set a new goal and go for another 10 pounds. Haven't seen 120 on the scales in at least 15 years. Now to tone the body up. It is hard to change the shape of a 74 year old body.
120.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for the support. It is not a lot to lose compared to what I see some struggling with but I guess we all have our own problems. Being less than 5' even a couple of ounces are a thread.
