Wow -- this challenge has been good for me! Today will be a tough day. Lots of out-of-office meetings and a happy hour tonight. So that makes it hard to stay on the diet plan. Worked out on the elliptical stepper today. Didn't push -- just 450 calories in 45 minutes.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just 450 calories in 45 minutes! Hah! I actually managed to do 40 minutes on the elliptical at the gym the other day. It was 20 minutes before weights and then 20 minutes after. I was so proud and so tired. I struggled the next time to do 15 minutes. Great job!

great job on the workouts and doing your best with the right eating choices...look back at how you was eating before you came to fs...im sure you are making better choices now and gettin more exercise then you was then...keep up the great work!!!!
