Thank you! Had a baby in February and gained 60lbs!! 😱 I’ve lost 30since but have another 30+ to get to my pre-pregnancy weight of 115lbs... hard to try and find time to workout and eat healthy especially with maintaining proper calories for breastfeeding. On top of it all I have a stress fracture on my foot which I got from trying to workout!! So I’ve been finding YouTube online chair videos which I just started today to get some workouts not using my foot! I just feel so gross and can’t wait to get my body back. In addition I am a maid of honor in my best friends wedding December 1st so I want to look good!
