Wandered from the diet a little last night to satisfy a craving for a burger on a bun and potato salad. Only cost me .2 of a pound so it was well worth it. Back to counting calories today.
122.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
