Had a very hectic, crazy stressful day at work today, had a protein bar this morning needed the added energy, helped get me through the day. Got home walked the dogs added 15 min to our walk beautiful day today. Got my exercises done, entered in the biggest loser weigh in for season 14 contestants as promised. Did my own weigh in, down again hoping this will continue, as the plateau is stressing me out I'm psycho analalizing myself and what the cause is, and I must be driving my husband nuts by now, even so he is so supportive, don't know what I would do without him.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
