Well knocked off .2 of the .4 I gained. I am going to get below 122 but I don't think it will happen today. I finally made spring rolls in peanut sauce. Haven't exactly perfected the peanut sauce yet but it is pretty good as is. Total calories 559. Worked in the greenhouse and weeding one of the vegetable gardens so that should have burned off a few.

Need practice rolling the rice paper but will work on that. For first try I think they came out looking pretty good.
122.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
