Up just a tidge from last week. since it's .1 I consider that staying the same. It was a busy week with work and then VBS in the evening so I didn't have regular dinners or regular exercise. Back to the basics this week and back to exercise. Yay, I missed it.
195.7 lb Lost so far: 23.3 lb.    Still to go: 25.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
