I was up a little but now I'm back to where I was... I started exercising more so that should help. So far the exercise is not giving me energy. I feel exhausted, like I didn't get enough sleep. Hopefully the energy is on its way. I've been eating way too much and feeling sorry for myself and I'm not sure why. This has to stop..
214.2 lb Lost so far: 64.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
