Working on getting dinner for tonight that I can take to work with me. Think it will be pasta primavera. If I go for a full cup of fettuccini it is 576 calories but I need a pasta fix. It is my main meal so I can handle it. Only 2 pounds to go so am starting to work on a maintenance menu.
122.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
