ok so i am plataued and may not be any good for the challange! but i am stickin to the diet feel good and am still exersizing have great energy but just no weight loss well i will be the fittest fat girl i know lol

Restless, I wouldn't worry about a stall this soon. Your only at a week. A true stall is no loss for 4+ weeks. Be sure to check your measurements. Give your body some time to adapt to your weight loss. If you are doing everything right, are in ketosis, then the scale will begin to budge.

Give it some time, the numbers will start moving again. It is true that sometimes you can be losing inches even if the pounds are staying the same. Congrats on sticking to your exercise plan!

thanks guys its a littl easier to stick to i just don't want to go back to hurting every time i move! so even if i don't loose i will stay put this has helped more than any pain pills have

RH, it is soo frusrating, I know, but the pounds will start to come off again, and like you said it is better than any pain pills. Great job sticking with it!!
