Kick that scale. Ok... feel better? Pick yourself up and get back on track. :) I swear, our bodies are purposely hanging onto our weight. They don't like change.

Livin it with ya! I am just now coming out of almost a month long stall after continuously loosing. I'm not saying it doesn't just really suck, cuz it sure does, but I certainly know what you're feeling. ~ tig

look forward to "the whoosh" cuz you know your body can only fight back for so long when you're consistently doing the right thing. its only a matter of time!

I agree you can outlast your body's stubbornness. If you just keep doing the right thing your body has no choice but to fall in line. Just tell your body I am in charge here not you, you will do what I say and I say lose this d*** weight now! Then kick your scale but please be wearing sneakers when you do, my big toe is still throbbing from my last go round with my scale. You CAN do this!

RH, hang in there! It is sooo frustrating, but as I have said before, I suspect that our bodies have set points. That is weights that we have spent time at before, and when we hit those weights, we tend to hang there for a while and see-saw back and forth. I have noticed that in my own weight loss journey. One of those points, is where I decided to start only weighing once a week, because doing it every day was really ticking me off. At least when I weigh once a week, if the scale doesn't move, then I only freak out once a week, not every day!! LOL So don't get too frustrated. One of my set points was just aboive 200 pounds. It took me forever to get below that double ought mark, but now I am solidly below and into "onederland". It was so frustrating because it was like the scale was teasing me. 202, 201.9, 202, 201.3, 202, 201, 200, 201, 200.2, 200, then finally 199.8. Oh so FRUSTRATING, but just remember, you are still 20 pounds lighter than when you started, and there is really no deadline, so just keep going, This isn't a race, it is life, and we have lots of time to get to our goals. And smile, you're doing awesome!!!!
