Its a good day today. The scale is my friend. I hit a 20 pound loss today!! Started Jan 2nd and I will be going on my 4th small pad in a few days. I write down the food and calories every day. Got a little sidetracked and was starting to get discouraged. Saw the 20 pounds just now and whoo hoo I am back in the groove. Six months may be a long time but that 20 is gone now. Not like last year and the year before when I said I would go down by summer but I didn't. Hot today here but am pushing and will take mil shopping. 3 Scrambled eggs little milk and butter for breakfast. Will bring a cheese or pbj sand for when I need lunch. I am drinking lots of water and so much less soda. Great day to all♥
