PM weigh in. 11 hrs sleep. 12.5 hrs fasted. Light gym this am. Small refeed right after gym, no 24hr this time.
272.2 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
