it has been a long time since my last weigh-in but I finally got back to my weight and then lost a little 2.0 pounds weight loss I'll take it even though it's been like 65 days since my last weigh-in. I guess that's what happens whenever you get off your scheduled plan and also go on a cruise
204.1 lb Lost so far: 89.1 lb.    Still to go: 24.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Long cruise??? Doing good!!!!! We are in it for the long haul for sure.

No it was just 7 days but you know how it goes when you get back and you know you've already blown it it's hard to get back on track
