Turtle. First day the numbers didn't go down, but they didn't go up, either. I'll take it!
Yesterday was a difficult day to journal - both intake and exercise. I went on a snowshoe hike that was an incredible workout, but difficult to calculate the calories burned as it isn't that common of an activity. I did find a calculator on self.com that gave me an answer, so I went with it. After the hike, the group went out for Mexican food. The spinach enchiladas were a good choice, but difficult to pin down on calories.
Onward!
