I was so discouraged that my weight stayed the same for 2 day, I just got on the scale a few minutes ago and I lost some more weight! Im so happy, all smiles this eay!!!
236.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 July 2010:
1418 kcal Fat: 100.90g | Prot: 83.02g | Carb: 42.79g.   Breakfast: cheese,  scrambled eggs, sausage links, unsalted butter, bottled water. Lunch: sirloin steak thin, chicken breast tenderloins, ranch dressing. Dinner: ranch dressing. Snacks/Other: green and crisp, sargento snack cheese, atkins peanut fudge granola bar, brocolli florets great value, black olives great value, green beans. more...

Staying the same weight for a week or more is very normal. You can't let anything stop you. That's why for many, weighing in weekly is better than every day. No one loses every day. Sometimes we stay the same for 6 days and then lose 3 pounds. You never know what your body will do. You have to stay the course no matter what. The scale will eventually move.

Thank you, I will keep that in mind, we arent supposed to loose weight every day but thats what I was seeing so thats what I expected! but I will not panic, I will just keep on my diet and things will happen!

just took a brief peek at your food calendar. as your weight continues to go down, you may want to adjust the frequency of using the Atkins bars - maybe to an occasional basis or not at all - (they often cause stalls for alot of Atkins eaters.) Great selections of 'whole foods' - keep up the good work! You're doing great!!!
