Dinner all packed for tonight. Chicken is from the freezer left over from making chicken stock. BBQ sauce is homemade only 19 cal per tablespoon and will be served with homemade ranch dressing 66 cal per 1/4 cup. Total calories 460 and total net carbs 16.94. Probably won't be able to eat it all. Now need to go look for something to carry to work tomorrow night.
126.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
