Don't understand the bouncing of my weight. Last 2 days less than 1,000 calories and gained 2 pounds. Yesterday was a high activity day that should have helped to lose. Can't go any lower on calories.
127.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Froze 12 servings of homemade mashed potatoes 3/4 c 183 calories. Made 7 servings of homemade Blueberry Frozen Yogurt 1/2 c 119 calories Making food ahead and freezing it make it easy for me to follow my diet.
