Up 1lb since last weigh in. Darn it... I have hit less than 100% RDI every day and have been doing exercise consistently. I feel and look like I’m in better shape than when I started. Idk what’s going on... anyways I ordered a food scale from Amazon that should be here to day. I think it will be beneficial to be more precise in my measurements. Hope everyone is ready for a great weekend.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I find my food scale indispensable, the body scale less so. Feeling and looking better and better is more important than the number on the scale, although I understand wanting to see that number drop. Keep on truckin'!!
